Getting Real About Justice
Philosophers like Aristotle helped shape understanding of Justice in the United States. Pastor Juan Carlos joins me in a conversation about Justice. We discuss western culture's definition of Justice vs. Jesus' way of viewing Justice.
Join us as we ponder:
Do we define Justice the way God does?
How do ethnicity, race, and culture impact the interpretation of Justice in scripture?
How do God's love, mercy, and grace displayed through Jesus lead us to understand and empathize with one another?
We also discuss power struggles as humans and what happens when we recognize Jesus gave up His Rights so we can fully experience the love of God and, in turn, offer it to others.
